Our practice is unique in that we offer nutrition and weight management education onsite.
Healthy food choices and regular activity are integral parts of a healthy lifestyle that can help you achieve and maintain a reasonable weight, and possibly prevent chronic conditions such as high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. Early interventions to change behaviors when undesired weight gain has occurred are especially valuable. Habits tend to be more difficult to change the longer we have them! Even modest amounts of weight loss can improve overall health. Southern Piedmont Primary Care is committed to the promotion of optimal nutrition, health and well-being. Our practice is unique in that we offer nutrition and weight management education with an onsite nutritionist that can help formulate goals which can be met and sustained with a healthy eating approach.
